Knowledge using VB/VB.net, C#, ADO.net, Multi-Thread. Skills in MySQL/SQL Server, WinForm, IIS, TCP/IP and Delegate/Event handling. Experience in GUI Interface design and business modeling. Experience in GDI+ and/or mapping a plus. B.A. in CIS plus at least 2 yr related exp.
