Advanced Tracking Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a graphic artist to join our growing marketing department. This position requires proven skills and educational training in art direction, typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design

Responsibilities:

* Create and produce presentations, multimedia pieces, marketing collateral, and discussion documents
* Blend photography, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high–impact proposals
* Ensures a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging
* Works collaboratively with various departments – listening to technical approaches and methodologies and quickly developing designs that depict that information
* Own overall projects, not just the design; effectively support projects and teams; and demonstrate oral and written communication, listening, and decision making skills

Qualifications:

* Previous related work experience in marketing, communications or business development
* Visual storytelling and multimedia/motion graphics design experience a plus
* Expert level proficiency with MAC or PC platform and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
* Advanced illustration skills
* Ability to work with technology files and specifications, i.e. print specification deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Ability to handle all aspects of complex design projects and synthesize direction from many individuals
* Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and develop creative design within tight deadlines
